At KitsCH Noir, we want your home to reflect your unique style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully pack your home goods in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
